Right of Withdrawal & Returns

We want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Your Right to Withdraw

You may exercise your right of withdrawal during the 14-day cooling-off period by clicking the "Withdraw an Order" link in the footer of our website and completing the withdrawal request.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we have received your withdrawal request.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising their right of withdrawal or returning an item.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, we are happy to offer a free size exchange. We will cover the shipping costs associated with your first size exchange, subject to product availability.

Returning Your Item

After submitting your withdrawal request, please follow the return instructions provided in your confirmation email. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
