Orders will leave our warehouse within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
SWITZERLAND
Orders are sent via Swiss Poste and will take, once they will leave our warehouse:
- Standard Delivery (cost 5 CHF) : 2/3 business days to be delivered at the address you provided.
- Priority Delivers (cost 8 CHF) : 1/2 business days to be delivered at the address you provided.
We offer free shipping for all orders above 200 CHF in Switzerland.
Alternative option: Free pick up at our Showroom in Morges. Please be aware that this method is not available any day in the week. Contact us via e-mail at hello@ciaccini.com to book this option.
EUROPE
Orders are sent via Swiss Poste and will take, once they will leave our warehouse, 3-5 working days. Shipping cost is 15 CHF.
The prices do not include taxes imposed by the different countries, nor customs fees. This is the responsibility of the buyer at the time of delivery. Ciaccini is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
UNITED STATES
Orders are sent via Swiss Poste and will take, once they will leave our warehouse, 3-7 working days. Shipping cost is 25 CHF.
The prices do not include taxes imposed by the different countries, nor customs fees. This is the responsibility of the buyer at the time of delivery. Ciaccini is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
